How to Make a Claim
If you experience an issue or identify a defect with one of our products, please contact us.
To initiate a claim:
- Complete the Warranty Claim Form provided below.
- Ensure you have a copy of your original purchase receipt, as this is required for processing your claim.
- Read the Warranty Claim Information carefully before submitting the form.
If multiple products are affected, you may submit a single claim form, listing all relevant details in the ‘Detailed Description’ section. If additional space is needed, please attach a supplementary document.
Processing Timeframe
Once we receive your completed claim form and proof of purchase, we will contact you within two business days to assess the claim.
If your product has a manufacturing defect and falls within the applicable warranty period, we will provide a resolution based on the warranty terms.
If the product was installed by a licensed plumber and qualifies for our labour warranty, replacement parts or products will be sent to our service plumber, who will coordinate a service appointment at your provided address.
If your product qualifies for replacement parts or products but does not include a labour warranty, we will send the required items directly to you, and you will need to arrange installation independently.
Important Notes
This returns policy and warranty process apply exclusively to products purchased in Australia and New Zealand.
We reserve the right to assess all claims to determine eligibility under our warranty terms.
